  12. Yeah, trying to reach USC techies by phone is frustrating.

  14. However, I'm working w/ them right now via email.  If you want to try, send an 
  15. email to support@usr.com.  Put 0000 (4 zeros) as the subject and USR's robot 
  16. will direct it to human eyes.

  18. After only three email exchanges (one of which was a "send us everything 
  19. you've sent us before," they've decided that my Sportster 33.6 needs a new 
  20. supervisor chip and they're shipping me one.  We'll see if it corrects the 
  21. modem's problem of not recognizing busy signals.
